Service Agreement & Terms
No Perfection Guarantee
I understand that all cleaning services are provided on a best-effort basis and 100% perfection cannot be guaranteed. Once a reasonable standard has been achieved, any request for further detailing or additional improvement will require extra time and incur additional charges.
Inspection Guarantee
I understand that this is guaranteed only if you advise us that it is a full bond clean and not a partial clean. If you have a set budget, we will work to that budget but cannot guarantee that all the cleaning will be done to meet your bond inspection.
Final Check & Acceptance
I agree that the property must be inspected upon completion of the service.
Allocated Time & Scope of Work
I confirm that I am satisfied with the allocated cleaning time. The cleaner will complete only the agreed tasks within the allocated time. Any additional tasks or extended time will incur extra charges.
Cleaning Types & Expectations
Regular Clean: Includes general maintenance such as wiping surfaces. Hard scrubbing is not included unless time allows. Deep Clean: Includes more detailed cleaning such as scrubbing and focusing on stubborn dirt. However, complete removal of all stains cannot be guaranteed. Wall and Window Cleaning: Results may vary depending on surface condition, and some marks or damage may remain.
Payment Terms
I agree to pay the full amount immediately upon completion of the cleaning service.
